when I came that night, and you were crying
you said you saw moses
you said he washed you,and pured you
and covered you with roses
you were wearing an old ragged night gown
crying and shivring in the nook
I attempted to pull you away
your shattered parts I strook
you said you were drowning,
and he came and saved you
his holly touch
and all your sorrows he threw
yet the memory's
of a whole in which you and your loved ones burned
despite his holly touch
always returned
made by men in green suits
and special greetings
lacking a heart
our souls there depleting
i sit by your side
and hold you near
I wish I could guide
I wish I could drench your fear.
