I`d love to dive into cultures
but I am only an infant
I only know the tips of fingers
of their centuries of war
I am unaware of their humanity
or fragility.
I have not lived amongst them
and what I have read
in the back of history books
paints the shallowest of pictures
so to the disappointment of my
selfishness
my novels
of civil war
and world hunger
of broken down society
that lack accuracy
do not posses
a masterpiece
