ray

I wish I had a lover
not you
i love you
but I wish I had a lover
who burned me
more oftenly
in the way he would
love me
like a clash of flames
cluttering everyday's
little ways.
and when
when he woud take
his love away
it would be
nothing short
of the utter stale
weeping ache
of the very earth
pulled under my feet.
I want this lover
who is stones
and old age
and end.
end unconquered.
who barges through
and colonizes
then leaves me
to the passing wind
that echos
the timely tilt
of stars
losing flicker.
